1000 thanks, OP!
Picked up a 512M. After much mental anguish, though, I declined the $15.99 ninety day replacement warranty. Did I make a mistake? Should I cancel/re-order? |

its completely up to you. but are you considering spending $15.99 to cover a $3-4 item? Ultra has a lifetime warranty.
and i already know you are kidding |

Yes from my experiences, you should buy them seperatly to have 2 different invoices. It never hurts to cover yourself.
I just ordered both 1gb and 512mb in one order, do you think I will have problem with rebate? thanks. |

Take caution when doing the rebate, OnRebate is known for increasing their profit margins by denying rebates.
it's true. they will deny the rebate if the address on your rebate form does not match the one on your receipt. this rule may not be stated on the rebate form, but on the onrebate.com. Check the rebate term on onrebate.com first. I have been denied once for this reason.
Here is what I found at onrebate.com:
The address on your rebate application must match the billing address on the receipt, invoice or packing slip.Limit one rebate offer per person, billing address, company, household and receipt/invoice during eligibility period.

Just found 512M raised to $19.75 in my receipt (was $18.75 when I added it to cart). So expensive. Deal is dead. |

You should be fine because they are two different rebate offers... UL-2427 for $15 and UL-2428 for $25. |

not that my vote matters any more, still give you a green...
Rushed for a 1gb and 512mb hour ago before went to a lunch gathering... Got confirmation email now...
I am not sure this time with ultra/onrebates if they offer so called "instant rebates" for a fee, if less than $5 total for two rebates (25+15), I will bite... |

I'm seeing 19.75 - 15 = 4.75, and shipping is $2 for me.
How are people getting free shipping? |
