Don't forget to use AMEX with Return Protection if you want to try before you buy.

wow, the price really drops very quickly. In June, Garmin will release several new models. Maybe this is the reason that c320's price drops so quickly. Just one month ago, it is still around $350-$380.

just let you guys know: the free 7.0 map software for c320 is backordered in Garmin. I have waited one month and they told me they don't know a time when they will get it in stock. That's pretty lame! This is also why I will return my c320 tonight and will not jump in this deal.

With tax and shipping in CA, it is no better than the $296 deal at shipdog.com a week ago. It is a better deal for no tax state though.
As of map upgrading, you can go to Garmin's website to request the 7.0 version DVD for free. The original package comes with 6.0.

thanks OP, got one, been watching this for a while along with the I3 and at this price I had to pick one up. An extra $1.70 for two day air....cool...

Thanks
Left in 400 ft, right in 50 ft, etc. No street names with the c320, you need to get the c330 or higher for that function.

How about simple highway names like "exit 17 for I75 in 500ft on the right", etc?

How good is the reception especially in the city and during bad weather? It's not going to be of much use if it can't pick up a good signal.

I have had this gps for about a year now and find it very good. The only problem I had was with traveling on a trip from New Jersey to Florida. I was on I95 and it kept trying to reroute me off of I95 and I had the gps set to quickest route. Otherwise it was very good for all other times and it get excellent reception in all weather. The only place you will lose reception is when in a tunnel or parking structure where the gps does not have a clear "shot" of the sky.

No names. Just "exit right".
I got this about 6 months ago, and I love it. Might pick up another one...

Bummer, tax adds $17.22 to the total for me.
Wondering whether to pull the trigger or wait for a better deal since it seems like GPS prices are dropping like a rock recently.

Thanks OP! I've been waiting for this to drop below $300. Thanks! Got 1 for myself. Does this use SD or microSD?

I have the c330 and it goes crazy in NYC. Can't get a clear shot because of all the buildgins being so close. Otherwise, it's been great every place I used it.
$311 with tax and shipping, not that hot. buydig has it for $317 shipped.

Sorry to hear about that Young Elvis...I'm always in Providence, and unfortuantely, while it is a safer city than most, it is still a city. I usually take my Garmin off the windshield and hide it...I kind of have it hard-wired, so the wiring is not too visible. I'm surprised because the skating rink and Kennedy Plaza area are pretty busy, especially at 12:30. Check Outpost and other sites if you want a new one, since the price has come down and you may end up paying the same/less. Good luck...
