Just call up DHL. Give them Microsoft's zipcode. Give them your zipcode. Tell them it shipped at the beginning of last week. They'll give you the status and the tracking number.

Finally got mine today. I had to call DHL to ask why it's just been sitting in Santa Clara for days. The response I got was "I don't know.". But I called last night and it showed up today. A little banged up, but that's OK.
