Thank you for your order at OfficeDepot.com
Please allow 4 hours for store pickup. Orders placed after 5PM may be picked up the following morning.
Do I actually need to wait for exactly 4 long hours before I can pick up the JBL system from the store? |

If they don't have your order ready & at the counter, you can go get it yourself and show them the receipt. I've done it a couple times. |

since OD doesnt ask for the product upc, do they do internal product tracking to verify the purchase wasn't returned? |

i added a clipboard to go over 100 and picked the tv and tote set freebies. Delivery to be on friday I printed the rebate form from link on page 1 The coupon print a bit small for me but didnt see anything on it about instore only. also didnt see a upc requirement. So Im thinking i can mail in the rebate now with the printout of the conformation? does that sound right? Thanks all

This is excellent, they don't even require original UPC Code for rebate so it's returnable if this not compatibale with the latest iPod.
To Receive your rebate please submit: 1. This Completed rebate form (or a copy) 2. The Original (or a copy) of sales receipt showing item(s) purchased and store location.

From what I've been told they do. The rebate center is notified of the transaction numbers of returned items. |

It's getting 4-4.5 stars out of 5 on Amazon.com ....what is your point?!? As with ANY product, there are ALWAYS gonna be a couple people who have problems and/or gripes. As well as, there are people out there...whose job it is to complain.
Appears to be a SOLID product from what I read!
Now...watch...I'll be the one to get a "bum" unit...LOL!! |

I have several friends who have this. It's perfect for traveling and playing music in the hotel rooms. Def a lot easier to pack than my Bose sound dock. |

Thanks Op. Picked one up in New Orleans, $79.99.
</rant on> Of course, when I got there it wasn't ready, even though four hours had passed since I ordered it. Then I had to go through two dumb, but pleasant employees who both insisted they didn't have any in the store, and that they "hadn't been delivered yet today...but you can call us later and see if they're in" --whatever that means. Finally I get to the manager who gives me the unit and sends me happily on my way. |

Just got back, in for 2. One was instore pickup, one was purchased instore... Got a HUGE concern though... The rebate / receipt printout from instore states "... offer limited to in-store purchases only, not valied with transations placed online or by phone, including orders for in store pickup..."
UH, should I return the one that I ordered for instore pickup online? the online rebate form doesn't say anything about this, but I'd hate to lose out on the $50 rebate...
Thoughts? |

KrazyBean2 said:Thoughts? This was mentioned in 2nd page by one of the post of cnIsfg. Basically, submit the online rebate form because it does not have such restrictions on that form. |

Thanks OP. I got lucky with the $10 cpn. Lady at the counter over-rode the cpn and entered $10 with code 9999. |
