Any FAR items? I was going to buy one of the antiviral suites, but I can't find the manual or the cd for my old av product. I'm trying to get the icemat headset for free.

Wondering what people's opinions of GCO are?
This past week, I've become incredibly frustrated with them.
First, I had ordered two items for an amount over $50 from Buy.com, and thus received a $20 GCO discount. Well, a week later, one of the items was cancelled due to being out of stock. The item cost around $37, but GCO only refunded me $17. ie, I was left to pay full price for one of the items. being that there is ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE NUMBER for GCO, I had to play email games with them for a few days. They kept blaming Buy.com. Buy.com said that they had refunded the whole $37 amount, but it was up to Google's discretion as to the amount I was refunded. After several more emails, Google has decided to ignore me altogether.
Second, I ordered a printer from Ritz. After almost two weeks, I called Ritz and they informed me that they had not received the order from GCO (my CC was sure charged though). After some digging, Ritz finally fixed the order for me. Then, a couple days later, I was informed that it was out of stock so Ritz cancelled my order. Now, two weeks later, I still have not received a refund from GCO. After emailing them yesterday, they told me that they wouldn't/couldn't help me, and that I had to follow up directly with "the seller".
Can someone please tell me why you would continue to use GCO after the discounts stop coming? Honestly, almost every order I've placed using GCO has taken a day or two longer just to receive a confirmation email from the merchant. And then when problems arise, it becomes a huge ordeal. Do I really need this extra layer to deal with? They want to be so "into" our lives and finances, yet they won't even provide a phone number. Based on my experiences, I see GCO customer service at a similar level to eCost or TigerDirect.
