No confirmation email from CC order. It has been an hour

Groan... I was trying to order a PC bundle from CC- the website said to call to order. I called, waited on hold for 45 minutes, and as soon as I got to someone, it went to 'purchase in-store only'. I hate BF!

I got mine last night but was lucky. I got to CompUSA at 6pm because it was raining those waiting finally started to form a line around 7:30pm

By 8:30pm the line was about 200 people or more. But then the problems started. People started just standing on the front of the door and they didnt care about the line. screaming and yelling started telling those people to get in line; they didnt care. finally CompUSA reps came out but they couldn't handle the people. They open the doors and everyone rushed in. I got to the communications section ask for the GPS but that didnt matter. Most people were there for this Bluetooth headset. I got pin against the counter. Finally they started giving away the GPS and I was there first and they still didnt give me one. finally the sales guys said enough! and walked away and came back and gave out tickets for the GPS. I got one and had to get in line, pay for it first and then go back to get it.

2 hours later i had the GPS.

Anyone got the Mio and wants to sell it? i'll drop 2 bills for it

If anyone has an extra one...I'll pay $200 as well. it was the ONLY item i was wanting today and I spent 3 hours in front of Staples with no luck. *sigh*

I was able to order GPS online around 4:40am EST after about 10 minutes of trying.

Reading some of the posts above, I am sorry to hear what some of you falks had to deal with.

After some old guy got pissed at me at Staples I have to. I got there earlier this morning and a sales rep told me they had 1 left. This old guy behind me yelled out "Hey!! Hold on there just a second. I want that one". The Staples rep told me I had to go to the front and talk to someone and the old guy took off in front of me only to be told they would raffle if off later. I walked out of Fry's with a smile on my face.

i'll pay 200 plus shipping and handling
they only have frys on the west coast.. that sucks.

Mine works fine. I havent mounted the car adapter yet. It says it takes 24 hours for the sticky stuff to work.
oh by the way guys it only has the US maps, no Canada if you are interested about that.
