Anyone think they would allow you to use the 40 off $200 coupon from CC if you pickup instore? At least it would get the unit CLOSE to the price of Staples BF deal...
/edit/ I also like the return policy - 21 days no questions asked. I wonder if there is a different policy in place since its the holidays?

I did actually find a local store with one in stock [per their online stock tracker]. I guess their stock wasn't depleted from the Thanksgiving sale? [I didn't even think about going to CompUSSR on Thanksgiving b/c I figured I could pick one up @ Staples.com, 3 CC stores or 3 Staples stores - all with no luck!]
/edit/ and I already placed my order for local pickup- don't want to chance it this time
/edit2/ And it said "in-stock"- not "limited quanities" which means 3 or less...

You found 1 in stock at CC??
Sorry, when I said "they" I meant CompUSSR - I doubt any CC's have the unit in stock right now...
Thanks OP, in 4-1. I too wasn't able to get this on BF.

Thx OP - YOU ROCK!!!!
Hit Staples website at 6:00:05 AM and OOS?!?!?! - only later did I see post about OOS @ 4:30! Grrrrr CC looks like it'll be offered at $200 here, but currently OOS. Staples is offering Supportplus model here, but MIO still looks much better.
Pulled the trigger when you chimed in with an IN STOCK MIO for $50 more! Ordered one from Comp!
Thx again!
P.S. MIO owners - be sure to see orig MIO thread for lots of good info on the MIO itself...

I was also thinking about the "SupportPlus" model, but no "auto-reroute" I think killed it for me. Additionally, the pic on Staples website is of the 4" Screen model, not the 3.5". I've read too many good things on the MIO [hacking, can install TomTom, etc] not to jump.

I'm going to wait and see what happens. I think these things will be at $149 base price soon
Anyone knows if those from Crapusa are the 2gb or 1 gb version?
Also, can one change the unit to meter so that the voice says "turn right in 200 meters" insted or yards?

You can change the units under the language selection page, I changed mine to mile and feet. Still seems a little off the actual distance but I had a hard time with yards.

Does CompUSA have any price guarantees just in case they become cheaper in the next 30 days? I might go in on one if there is a chance I could get a price adjustment if it gets any cheaper.
cant you get it at CC, pricematch to CUSA, for 110% diff, then $40 off CC coupon?

Did anyone get the Mio Map Upgrade DVD?
1. Were you able to get it at a store such as Circuit City without the shipping charge?
2. Are you satisfied with it?
3. Were you able to load it onto more than one C310X? They say that because of recorded serial numbers it cannot be done. (See the FAQ on the website.)
