I was also thinking about the "SupportPlus" model, but no "auto-reroute" I think killed it for me. Additionally, the pic on Staples website is of the 4" Screen model, not the 3.5". I've read too many good things on the MIO [hacking, can install TomTom, etc] not to jump.

You can change the units under the language selection page, I changed mine to mile and feet. Still seems a little off the actual distance but I had a hard time with yards.

the Staples one i got was 1gb.

supposedly the screens are different between the 1gb and 2gb models, the 1gb model has a sharper screen.
