If you're signing up with Clinique for the first time, you get a popup notce that says since you're new, your shipping will be free. I went all the way through reviewing the purchase, nothing showed a shipping charge, then, after I had checked out, and my card had authorized, a $5 shipping charge appeared.
I seemed to stall out while entering a credit card number. Their form wants a saved credit card, and kept taking me back to the enter card number page which said "you do not have a saved credit card" - so you might want to enter a card and save it, before you put anything in your basket, or before you start the checkout process. Again, this is for new Clinique customers. The soap and moisturizing gel (great in the summer) are both $10.50 - about the cheapest items on the site.
I usually buy my Clinique in the store and ask for goodies.
