"three different destination and date preferences", you can fill in the same destination with 3 different dates, I guess.
No you can't; it clearly states three different destinations AND three different outbound/inbound dates.
b. Different first, second and third choice destinations. Click here to view destinations c. Different first, second and third choice date preferences for both outbound and return travel* |

If we don't want to be too fraudulent here, why not (a) buy the mens' clothes (b) return w/o receipt for credit (c) use credit to buy womens' clothes instead.
In a way, it's just manipulating the deal to be suitable to women as well. Dockers still sells $125 in clothes through JCP, you get your ticket + $125 in womens' clothes, everyone is happy. I don't feel particularly unethical doing that. |

Allow 6-8 weeks for shipment of travel voucher and Booking Form. Complete the Booking Form, including your selection of departure city and three different destination and date preferences, and return it to TLC Marketing at the address provided with the Booking Form. Photocopies and reproductions not accepted.
F. Within 10-14 days of receipt of the completed Booking Form, TLC Marketing will contact the participant to confirm travel itinerary. Additional passengers may be booked at this time through TLC Marketing if requested. Participant must book flight at least 30 days in advance of travel. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope you do not want to travel this summer... 6-8 weeks + 10-14 days + mail transit times + 30 days minimum advanced travel.....Oh and make sure you have 3 different destinations selected from the limited list and 3 different dates too.
This is a LOSER offer unless of course if you have have totally complete flexibilty of your time. |

FYI this is the same booking outfit (and T&C sound similar) to Mercury test drive offer that happened earlier this year. One person just reported: "My dad got and used his Free Round-Trip Airfare on his Ford/Mercury Test Drive last week. He went to California for a week, They charged him $59.00 for taxes for the Airline Ticket, You had to give them 4 choices of destinations and 3 dates for arrival and leaving. "

Some of us can use dealpass to get JCP giftcards. So you need to spend only 100$ (25$ back) to get into this deal. |

DON'T DO THIS PEOPLE!
I had a nearly identical offer from the same promotional company with the same airports at the same address in Boston. I got this offer from a test drive I did with Buick (or Mercury, one of those lame US car companies).
The redemption form REQUIRES you to choose 3 alternative destinations and 3 alternative travel dates. If you do not fill this out, then they will reject your redemption request and you will be left wondering if you would have otherwise wanted $125 worth of Dockers . I know this because this is exactly what happened to me.
So in summary, you'll have to do something like this:
Yes, hello promotional company. Nice to talk to you. On either 1-8 June, or 9-16 June, or 17-24 June, I would like to travel from San Francisco to either Orlando, Las Vegas, or Boston. Please let me know which of these trips I can take so that I can figure out what to do when I get there and book a hotel. Or maybe alternately, I'll need to cancel the other 8 hotel reservations that I made, one for each destination for each possible set of dates.
Trust me, it's not worth the headaches to entertain this offer. |

KillMonkey said:This may be a good deal, but be warned Dockers totally mishandled last years DVD player offer, causing a seven month headache for many fatwallters. The cs reps at dockers gave misleading and incorrect information, in the end many of us did not feel satisfied with the "replacement" player offered.

...and grad students!!
If I can rock the Miami to LV (popular i'm sure), that would be AWESOME. I think SF was on there too...I gotta go there anyway. Same with NYC. I may need to go find a JCP around here.
