I just talked to a rep at the company to verify my billing info. Apparently they got a shipment in on Friday and someone made a mistake. They were supposed to fulfill the backorders first (apparently the shipment wasn't even big enough to fulfill all their backorders), but instead it went up on the online site and they couldn't pull it fast enough. So some of you who ordered on Friday might have gotten lucky as your new order bumped someone's backorder. But probably the majority of us are getting backordered. Rep didn't say if they were going to try to fix it (so that the backorders get filled instead of new ones shipping), but it sounds like their ordering and fullfillment systems aren't well integrated. |
