haha...they actually did a decent job on their site. Their are phone numbers, addresses, federal tax id #'s. All the links work. They only accept payment through visa/mc or paypal. Not bad

google found one mention of it at that "other" deal site where someone bought something and had some issues but got the rebate submitted, unfortunately this was only 2 weeks ago and he was told 3-4 months processing time

personally i would stay far, far away. They offer lots of items at ridiculously low prices with huge rebates
kind of reminds me of that old site that offered everything FAR but at huge markups like a alarm clock was $70 w/ a $70 rebate, but they went out of business lol
