I'm holding out for quantum computing and direct brain interface.
But for people who buy laptops to use now, this is a good deal.

TL CPU and 6 cell battery make it $489 for a decent lappy.

6.25 lbs though.

Is it worth to upgrade the processor to TL for $60? I haven't followed the CPU news lately. TL=Turion, TK=Athlon?
Edit: found some info here that said Turion consumes almost half power of Athlon.

I did the XP with TL, and once I logged in it gave me 69 shipping plus 40something tax.
