Stop worrying! While there can tend to be some slight variation in Fry's ads by region, the majority of the ad items for any given sale are the same at every store.

Anyone know how TV sales at Fry's works on BF? Do you need to find a salesperson once inside the store? I'm guessing it's too much to hope for that there'd be some orderly way of doing this given the number of items...

From what I remember working in Fry's in the AV area for Black Friday in the past they will probably be forming a line in the AV department near the stock area which you would need to get into for a chance at the TVs. You will probably need to run from the entrance back there in order to get there in time. =p

FAR is too expensive without waiting in line... I wonder how many they will sell. Must have been held up in shipping for several years

Wow, if the Samsung LNT4661 (46" LCD 1080P 10000:1) is really $1300 no strings attached, that is THE TV deal of BF 2007. My friend has it and it is just amazing. It has some HDMI sync issues with Xbox 360 that you have to call a tech out to have fixed with a new board, but it's free. I have last year's LNS4095 and paid $1350 for it on a closeout deal, and it's a freakin awesome tube itself but this deal is nuts. They may be moving stock for the 120Hz model that is out, but that one is still pretty pricey.

The Samsung ML-2510 is a good deal at $48, have 2 of them for almost 2 years, neither has jammed to date on heavy usage.

The Sharp 46" LCD 1080p is also $1300 at Circuit City. You can also get a 110% pricematch at Sears (saving you $130) and if you use a Sears card, you can save another 10% (so almost another $130). I just did that today. Note that the Sears 10% savings ends today. Just buy it tonight and go back on Friday with CC ad to pricematch.

Wait, what are you talking about? I don't see it on the ad... I see a 720P, not a 1080P set.
Jobowoo said: Any thoughts on the 50" Samsung Plasma HDTV on page 2 going for <$900?I bought this SAMSUNG HPT5044 720P PLASMA HDTV 10 days ago during Sears F&F sale for $800. It's the same as the HPT-5054 except for no inputs & outputs on side of bezel, no anti-glare coatings and PIP only when a PC is connected. I'm watching the Lakers vs Bucks game on it as I type this and it looks totally awesome.
