Mine says on UPS tracking: "Billing Information Received" since 11/23 which is pretty weird. Tentative delivery date is today. *crosses fingers* Will e-mail them later tonight or tomorrow if merchandise is not received. |

wow, talk about cleaning up after themselves. i went into my account and ran all order placed last 6 month, logitech order did not even come up. one would think it should at least say "order placed but cancelled by Amazon" or something like that. wiru |

same case as me, and as expected nothing delivered. called and was asked to wait one more day and will refund if not arrived yet. I told him NO, I WANT THE ITEM ASAP. after that, email a complaint letter to CS. Things are getting interesting here. blued888 said:Mine says on UPS tracking: "Billing Information Received" since 11/23 which is pretty weird. Tentative delivery date is today. *crosses fingers*

You folks that got credit out of it are lucky. They didn't budge for me at all. I guess they can see I don't spend enough normally there for them to take a very large loss if they lose my business forever. Oh well. I shall now call them... Scamazon! |

Updating: I have them replace the order and will receive it next week. so if you order is "shipped" per Amazon and not received it(I doubt they really shipped it), ask them to replace the order for you. Use the previous order receipt should fulfill the rebate. shame on you, Amazon! kuctoo said:same case as me, and as expected nothing delivered. called and was asked to wait one more day and will refund if not arrived yet. Aamzon is son of bitxx, My logitech MX was cancelled, after contacted Amazon, they allow me to place a new order. After the order is shipped, Amazon will give the price difference and take care of the rebate I'm entitled to. Now I get $84.24-$36.99=$47.25, I called customer service 1. They insist that it's one time excceptionm, but didn't refund the sale tax 2. For the rebate part, they say I can use the current $15 MIR, but they don't give me $30 promotion as they originally PROMISED |

This is the email I got from Amazon, I called this morning to request for the sale tax refund and ask Amazon to take care of rebate as they promised, but the CSR only say "Thank you, is their anything I can do for you" ? Thank you for writing to us at Amazon.com.
I understand how inconvenience the situation would be if the order has been canceled. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this situation has caused to you.
At this point of time I request you to place an order for the canceled items (whose availability listed as Ships from and sold by Amazon.com) and write back to us using this link:
http://www.Amazon.com/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html
When we receive an e-mail from you using the form above, rest assured we'll honor the price for which you have initially placed the order and the rebate which you entitled to. We are waiting to hear from you.
I realize informing you to place an order instead of reinstating the canceled order would be disappointing; please understand that our system does not allow us to reinstate an order that has been canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
Please be assured that we'll take necessary measures to make sure that in future such inconvenience is not caused to our customers.
Your patience and co-operation in this regard would be highly appreciable.
Please be assured that I am here to help you and I will do my very best to take care of the issue.
Thank you for shopping at Amazon.com--we hope to see you again soon.
Please let us know if this e-mail resolved your question:

I finally got my order this Wednesday after emailing Amazon back and forth several times. They shipped out a new order since they said the old one was lost in shipment (?). Anyways, I sent the rebate using the original invoice so hopefully it will be fulfilled. |

Don't know if someone still keep the receipt of it? My charger is not working, called Logitech and was told I need the receipt to replace it. I bought it in store (Staples), so I didn't keep the receipt, if anyone has any online version of the receipt, could you please send it to delphiswang@gmail.com, I really appreciate it! |
