I got a samsung 22 in widescreen lcd. For 309 w/$30 instant rebate it was ok, but with a $40 dollar mail in rebate 50 off form paypal 6 bucks from FatCash and my Cash Back credit card it was a hard deal to resist for a nice looking monitor. Thanks OP! |

This makes no sense. I clicked pay with paypal and it said thank you for your order. Nowhere on paypal.com do I see Newegg as being a new transaction?? |

Can I use credit card instead of checking account as the source of funds to get the bonus? Because I have not liked the paypal account with my bank account, I can only use credit card to pay my order. |

Yeah kind of misleading, I donot remember Newegg offers free shipping on combo deal before, maybe I am wrong. Jackboot said:Soltek said:Free shipping only for the camrea, not combo deal.
You are quite right, thanks.
Is it possible this is a mistake? The advert from the newsletter makes it look like it is a combo deal for $164.99 with free shipping:

Awesome deal, got 4 GB of A-Data RAM ($129 - $30 promo code - $30 rebate = $69 AR), Q6600 proc and thermal compound for a grand total of $377, the $50 from Paypal should sweeten the deal. Thanks OP! |

But I can use an unconfirmed address when paying with regular bank funds right?i don't think you should do that for two reasons:
1. Newegg specifically said confirmed paypal address or order might be cancelled, this applies to checking acct funds too but who knows you might get lucky and they wont care.
2. it takes at least 2-3 business days for funds to reach Newegg, then maybe another day or two for Newegg to update your order, delaying your order by a week or more! |

Well this is annoying. I can't ship to any address but my CC billing address. |

Yeah, sucks for those in college. Also for everyone that works! Pain in the ass because I'll have to either drive 25 miles to the nearest UPS distribution center, or just stay home. *sigh* the things we do to save $50. |

Yeah, sucks for those in college. I don't recall exactly how I did it, but back in college, even while I had all my credit card billing addresses remain unchanged at my home address, I was still able to confirm my school address as a PayPal confirmed address. IIRC, all I had to do at the time was add a new credit card and associate it with the address I wanted to become a confirmed address. Perhaps the address I had was on file with the CC-issuing bank as a shipping address, so it went through? Best of luck. |

OH man, I seem to only be able to order on my paypal accounts that has had bank account registered. Is it the same for everyone else? Seems like paypal doesn't allow for unverified accounts to order anything, even if you got a credit card on file with them. |

The way it's setup, it only ships to the billing address of your card. There's no option to "change address only", you have to enter your CC info as well. When I tried to enter my work shipping addy with my usual CC info, it said there was already an address associated with that CC. So it appears, that in order to change the shipping address, you have to change the billing address, which means you have to change it with your CC company as well since paypal will try to verify it. |

Just tried this @ Dell and it's not working ... maybe it's because my order's $2 over $250 after tax? |
