Thanks OP for the deal. I was able to use the 5/15 and 2/10 to buy the 3/10 coke products. Bouught 5 (12 pack 12 oz cans) Coke and Sprites. 16.67 - 5.00 - 2.00 ------- = 9.67 + tax I believe 5/15 last day was 12/30/07 |

I bought 2 CVS January $37.5 put stock options for my Roth IRA and 2 for my wife's because of the frenzy in late December. I paid $0.15 each. Each put option has multiplier of 100. Today, CVS stock tumbled and my put options skyrocketed to $1.15 when I sold all of them. That's $400 profit before commission ($5.60). It may go up even more. Oh well. I guess it is hard to beat that number by using those coupons alone. We still have 4 Jan08 $35 puts bought at $0.10 each. It's $0.25 now. Let's see. BTW, thanks OP. |

BTW, thanks OP. Hey....add that to your resume and maybe one of the brokerage firms might be interested.....I stopped trading futures and options while I was ahead....went back to just mutual funds now....much easier on sleep and stomach.
