I called their stupid customer service, Photos are in process, they said. Of course I had to ask, what process that was, idiots. They stated they should be done in the next 3 days or so.
UPDATE, Received email 3 hours later, order shipped. Gee would have been nice if they told me that on the phone.

I ordered a photo album, and am so impressed with it that I can see spending a lot of $$$ in the future getting several. This was the best code and product I got this year. Thank you OP! It was like an early Christmas to open the mail today (which begs the question.... It arrived in a DHL package delivered by the USPS into my locked mail box...) I don't think postage was the $6.+ they charged, it was pretty light..) so, does DHL just throws the packages into a regular mail box? |

They shipped my order on the 14th, Via DHL>USPS. What a crock, they have yet to arrive. DHL claims USPS was closed THursday, and rescheduled USPS delivery for Friday, so MAYBE I might get them for Saturday. KODAK SUCKS, you wonder why they are suffering, with service like this around the holidays they SHOULD go bankrupt. And DHL not waiting for postmaster to sign for package, thus delaying another day is a JOKE
May Kodak be tossed out like a dried up Christmas tree. |

DHL Ground/@home service is delivered to your local post office, and then they deliver it to you. It's sometimes a PITA, because they might deliver it to your PO, and then you have to wait another 2-3 days sometimes for your PO to get it out to you.. depends tho. All my orders came quickly. |

Even though my order was placed about 3 hours or so after the "deadline" to receive before Christmas, I got TWO different shipments with ALL of my order. They even shipped one 2 day FedEx at no extra cost. I'm happy. |

I got the book I ordered...biggest POS ever Good quality pictures are very dark and they cropped the pictures without my consent so the book is a mess and they wanted %60 for this
I'll never order from them again |
