I got the $10 and I'm in SF Bay area. I also got the free $25 from the Zipcar/Flexcar merge too, so I have $35 in credit now and I've never used my membership yet.

There are a bunch of these here and there on the web, for example at retail me not; some are quite generous.

There's definitely better codes for new members out there... but alas this is the best deal for current members to just add some free cash to their account.

Correct. Codes for existing members are rare. Most codes out there must be applied during the initial sign up.
