If you are getting 12 packs of Pepsi now on CVS deals or SuperBowl rebate promos, look for the NEW MARKED packs with PEPSI STUFF points. They will also be on 2 liter bottles, 20 oz bottles, etc as the roll out continues. CONFIRMED at CVS on 12 packs already.

They will be good towards Amazon DRM free music downloads, electronics and much more.

yes, seems to be. I like the music download feature through Amazon, hopefully will only be a few points, something useful to get instead of saving 300 for a keychain.

I hope they don't advertise a Harrier Jet this time...

I think the judge ruled incorrectly...

wait.. the kid got $7M for the harrier jet fiasco?!

how much did he spend in getting those millions of points?

He didn't, and it wasn't a kid. He got like 1000 points and sent a check for $700,000 @ $0.10 cent a point. He sued pepsico, but lost the case.

I remember the first time Pepsi stuff happened in the mid/late 90's. There was a tv ad that sported a harrier for nine millions point, and some guy had enough points and sued.

Thanks for the heads up OP. I think I will wait though. Hopefully Pepsi will offer sign-up bonus points in the future.

the point is:

points are already on packages in stores, if you are buying Pepsi, you need to save the point code so you don't lose out on them when the program starts on Feb 1.

signing up... Thanks OP

Sweet all I buy is Pepsi.

Thx, OP

Snoops is saying the Harriet Jet case/issue is false. Amazing how many people believe that stuff.

That the suit was false, or it was false that Pepsi ended up giving the plantiff a Harrier?

YMFWE3Y6EB - 2 points

Pepsi Stuff points program is available now

Wow, lots of Amazon stuff to choose from.

I must admit that I did not read the "Snoops" article, but the case was very real.

It was heard before the United States Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. The cite is Leonard v. Pepsico, Inc., 210 F.3d 88 (2000).

Leonard was suing for specific performance, that is, he was not merely claiming breach of contract (thus allowing for monetary damages) but he was seeking the actual item - Harrier Jump Jet.

The Appeals Court affirmed the lower court's ruling that Leonard could not have accepted the offer, because there was no offer to begin with. There were some other factors that played into the lower court's ruling (Statute of Frauds requirment, reasonableness, etc...)

I'm loving the fact that DVDs at Amazon are part of the prizes!

I glad I drink pepsi

But the point system is really bad. 1point per bottle. And some of the prizes are really high..

I could just go and buy them..

Lets get back to pepsi stuff discussion.

It looks like 5 points = $0.99.

Now here is the twist. If you want to enter sweepstakes, you have to pay 1 point per entry. Let me get this straight. They want us pay $0.198 for each try!!!!

Sounds like a deal. Don't you want to put your 2 cents in?

I'm pretty sure the price for Pepsi hasn't gone up...so the $0.198/cap is a pretty good return.dont't enter a sweepstake. I assume you're either 1. Drinking the Soda or 2. Picking the codes up for free. Either way you're getting something for very little effort. Be thankful your not navigating mycokerewards. Pepsi's site is simple and easy to enter codes.

I also like that it's tied into your Amazon log-in info. Much easier to remember and agreed, easier to use than the MCR site. Plus the MCR codes can be a bear to read and enter correctly, especially on the 20 oz bottle caps.

deal??? If i am going to pay for a sweepstakes, it better be decent.
Lets see, if i buy megamillions or powerball, i pay $1 for a chance to win $12mm or $15mm(minimum). Now agreed, i am paying 1/5th the amount, may be i should get a chance to win at least $2.4mm.

Listen to this according to the site, the total cash value of all sweepstake prizes is $8.5mm. Thats daily drawings starting from Feb 1st, 2008 to Dec 31,2008.

My personal opinion is that one should not use the points for sweepstakes. It is a bad deal. Better to use it for merchandise.

Is there anyone out there who are swapping Coke codes in exchange for Pepsi codes?
