FYI, if you haven't used Picasa, it's a free image editor from Google that is pretty cool. There's a plugin available that will allow you to upload photos straight to your flickr account. It's certainly better and quicker and free-er than most cheap photo editing tools out there.
And in case you're wondering what the difference between the FREE and the PRO accounts is - you basically get unlimited uploads with the pro version, along with the ability to view your really large uploads. With the free account, you are limited to 100mb per month in uploads, and can only view smaller versions of your images (up to 1024px). This may be good enough to print a 4x6, depending on your tolerance for 'jaggies' in your prints.
So if you're planning on sharing full-sized images with family so they can print them, get a PRO account. If you're just using it to host a few smaller versions of images, you may be happy with a FREE account.
Note that with a FREE account, you can still upload large images, and they'll be saved in high-res for you if you ever do decide to 'go Pro' with your account. It's just that your bandwidth is capped at 100mb/month for uploads.
This is the primary reason why I was looking to re-instate my Pro account.
I also had so many pictures on Flickr (after Yahoo Pictures was discontinued) that I like to be able to access the different sizes from the internet instead of being tied to my home computer.

Anyone knows if I can upload movie files with PRO version? I often take pictures and movies (2-3 minute long usually) and would like to find one place to host everything.
I did a fast search and couldnt find any information about uploading movies to Flickr, although I seriously doubt you can.
