Nah. They're just talking about their experiences and expectations of this baby compressor. Some found it a fitting tool, others didn't. I got one of these. It's well worth the $49. Easy to move around although it would benefit by a hanger for the hose, quiet and fits my needs well as a casual homeowner doing small projects. Handles a brad nailer well, and most of our use has simply been with an air nozzle for which it's had a perfect capacity. It did have enough umph to easily inflate an empty wheelbarrow tire that didn't meet the rim - pleasantly surprised. If you've got gorilla needs this clearly ain't for you. I'd recommend it for anyone else with similar uses as mine. It's great. |

There are none of these compressors to be had in the south Florida stores at Davie, Pembroke Pines, and Hollywood. I walked the aisles and employees also checked other stores in the area and all show 0 onhand. Congrats to those that were able to get a hold of one. If there is someone in my area that would like to sell one plz let me know. Killabee44

mandyfig said:Man, we thought we did good with the $50. Now $20? But good luck in finding one! Screw that, I did do good. They would have been long gone if I had waited for $20. Sold 4 of them at $150 a piece. Risk $400 profit for another $120, no way. |

During my visit for lumbers yesterday, I gave a shot for price adjustment. Cute casher punched in sku and showed me the screen. Dang, it was still $50 in the system. Bay Area, CA |

Bay Area, CA Must be a regional final close out price thing. Cause I went to my L.I., N.Y. HD last night with receipt in hand and asked for a price adjustment on my purchase of 2/10 @ $49.00. The very nice service desk girl punched in the info, said O.K. and now I am the very satisfied owner of this handy tool @ $20.00. Thanks again OP, cragenpuff and all others who have kept us informed and helped make this a good buy! dealsahunting |

Thaats right! Great deal for $20. I'm really not sure I could call it an air compressor if I had to pay $49 for it though. Glad some of you all got in on the price adjustment. |

WOW, couldn't believe I found one in the store on April 8th! Saw this thread and sorta had my eyes out for one. Bingo. Had to take three looks at it to be sure. Just sitting up there. It was on the high shelf three over from the air compressors row. THANK YOU FW BTW, $20 must be regional; I'm a happy camper for $49.00, $51.45 with tax. Although I'll check back on the price soon. Yippee! |

WooHoo! I found one today in Lake Mary, FL for $20. Last one as far as I can tell.
It was sitting right on top of a 5 gal compressor on the floor below the compressor display. Took it to the checkout and it rang up $20. I need to price match the other one I got for $49 and I'll be a real happy camper!!! They are still out there. Thanks again OP! Edit- 4/16 No Problem - Got the price reduction on the previous compressor today 49 to 20. Two compressors for $40.00 This is the deal of the year - so far !! |

Is it possible a store could still have some if the computers show no stock? They showed me the computer showing close to 10 stores nearby, all with a 0 for stock. But I wondered since several others in this thread are still finding them. |

Slickone: Have seen it a number of times where the computer says 0, but there is some stock that they missed when they last took inventory. Not as accurate as one would like, but that could work to your advantage. Most people, check the computer and walk away. Some will walk the aisles, find it sitting on the top rack that nobody saw.
