Scored 311 Qty for my motels. I was trying to put the second order for another 100 Qty but no luck. I guess 311 bulbs are enough for me right now. Thanks. |

mclaren589 said:A 13W bulb is not very bright at all. Even with 60W bulbs I can hardly see in the room. Needless to say it is a very good deal. I ordered one for those places in the house that do not need to be lit brightly. sheesh....do some research....the brightness of a CFL bulb vs. an incandescent bulb of the same wattage are WAY different. |

Thanks. Thought there was a limit of 1 per order. Hopefully your box will contain all 311 of them |

hallf said:how much energy is being used to package (and make the package material for) that one bulb for shipment and then transport it to people's homes? Not much energy relative to the amount of electrical energy consumed over the course of the 8000 hours that these lamps are expected to last. Furthermore, when the UPS or USPS makes its rounds to deliver packages, the amount of extra energy used to deliver to one individual is only marginal -- meaning a slight added amount of energy to stop by your home when the truck would have driven past on its way elsewhere anyway. On the other hand, when you turn on a lamp in your bedroom or living room, 100% of the energy used is for your household, not just a marginal addition on top of everyone else's energy usage. So the energy savings from an efficient lamp outweighs the slight extra energy used in packing and delivering it. |

I received the same message, and just like you I only ordered 1 bulb. I sent a message to them and a CSR responded with: In response to your email, your order has been canceled due to the fact that the light bulbs are sold out. If you have any questions feel free to contact Customer Service (877) 880-8877. Thank you for your patience and understanding. |

Received mine today. Broken. Came in an unpadded plastic envelope with the thin box inside scuffed up and the top broken off the light. So I'm reading about what to do about mercury spills due to a broken fluorescent light. |

Rec'd mine today as well. Was sure it would be broken as it was not shipped in any padded envelope or box. Just a flimsy Tyvek style thin plastic white bag with label. Guess they weren't planning on spending any more on packaging and postage for $.84 an lose money, huh? |

Got mine today. Just as bright if not brighter than my current 60W GE soft white bulb. I found a seller on eBay offering a bulk pack that comes out to $1.50 each. Considering these are $3 to $5 each apparently everywher online, I thought it was a good option and bought some. Wish they would have shipped more for that price, but it wasn't meant to be. Thanks anyway OP. |

I got mine. One bulb. Not broken, works fine. Lucky, I guess. Turned out to be an okay deal, 84 cents for a CFL bulb is pretty good, if you got one that wasnt broken. |

Mine arrived in a very flimsy package in a flimsy plastic envelope, but no breakage and it works fine! Good deal if it arrived intact. |
