This was actually in the low $30s a couple weeks ago with a $25 rebate. I suppose if you purchased then and haven't submitted that rebate yet, you could use the new form and make money. I'm in for a second unit. Thanks, OP.

I'd guess that those that got their order in early will get it shipped. Mine current has a status of "Not Yet Shipped: 1 item - delivery estimate: February 26, 2008 - March 3, 2008"
It came this morning. It's worth every penny of the 99 cent AR price!
It is very straightforward to use and the keyboard is large enough to ensure that you only hit one key most of the time. I like dictionaries and own several in book form. Oxford has long been my favorite. This portable little gadget makes a nice addition to my arsenal and is great for quick look-ups.
Edit: I've been playing with the Geographic Dictionary and it contains more information than I expected.
