Business Week just had an article in a recent edition that Sprint is now focused on customer service due to the loss of so many customers. |

Can i get the codes for that, THNXS didn't get the unlimited but I was able to get:
Sprint Free & Clear 1100 minutes - 49.00 Unlimited Power Vision - Free Unlimited Text - Free Unlimited Picture Mail - Free Sprint PCS Mobile to Mobile - Free Nights & Weekends start @ 7pm - Free 2nd Line of Service - Free 3rd Line of Service - $10.00
So after insurance and taxes and what not the whole plan for 3 lines comes to $75.00.
Now I know someone will say well if you had 3 SERO lines you would have 1500 minutes a month. But this way the 1100 minutes are shared between the 3, and being that the 3rd is for my Mother who uses like 10 minutes a month I thought this was a great deal. And I also got to keep the same phone numbers that I have had for 8+ years which I wouldn't have been able to do with SERO.
Prior to this call I was paying $180.00 a month for all of the above. I have been contemplating calling since January when my contract finally expired but was putting it off, so thanks to the OP for posting this which made me get off my butt and call.

Ciked is all jacked up on Mountain Dew. He'll come at you like a spider monkey! Nice deal OP, is everyone able to get in on this now that the plan code is available? Also, it has been asked but not confirmed. Can one tether their laptop with this plan? I'd like to upgrade from my tethered A900. |

Does this deal also apply to Sprint Power Vision BlackBerry Pack? If so, it'd be even hotter. |

Doubt it would be included for a blackberry being that you need a "blackberry" plan for them. Just want to say a BIG THANKS OP!!!! I just hung up with the rentention department (the guy was a total ASS) but I was able to get the $95/month for the unlimited family plan. But they are still charging me $5/month/phone for unlimited power vision.
Thanks OP! |

Just got off the phone with customer service and the retention department both said NO. I provided the plan code and everything but retention stated that he thought the unlimited family plan was not a good for business(Sprint) and didnt want to change me over to it. He stated that it really depends on the supervisor and if they want to apply that plan code to your account or not but he was not willing to do it. My current plan is Family1400 +2 additional lines powervision on one line and unlimited text on all lines I would love to have unlimited everything so please let me know if any other have success in getting this plan. |

I wonder if the genius that thought of that anti-customer service strategy is still there? Idiots. |

Has anyone gotten this plan that is on the old billing syste (P2K). I had a rep who put me on hold for 45 min. today trying to "trick" the system into adding me. She even had her supervisor working on it. Every 15 min she would come back on and say she's still working on it. After 45 min she said it was a no go. I would have to wait until I'm on the new billing system (Ensemble). Let me know if you got on this plan with the old billing system and how. I want this plan. Thanks! |

Sprint’s call quality is consistently rated below average in nearly every region of the U.S. by J.D. Power and Associates. Other reviewers echo those findings, noting that dropped calls and customer service are particular sore spots. |

Hey, sounds like you got a great deal on that sprint plan. Could you post or PM me your plan code? I'd love to get a 2line plan like that. Sure I would be happy to post a screenshot of my the plan info if I could get into it!?!? I guess when they changed my account they did something to my password, because the system keeps saying I am logging in with the wrong credentials? I just did a send password request and it says it sent me a txt message which for some reason I haven't gotten yet?!?! The one downfall with Sprint is they always seem to mess things up in Cust. Service. Luckily I normally only deal with them once every two years Just some background to how I got the deal. Like the OP I have been a Sprint Customer for 8+ years and I was off of contract when I called. All I did was threaten to cancel my service and get two SERO plans. I told them I did the math on all the advertised plans and it would be ridiculous to pay $130+ a month for the 1400 min family plan with vision, texting etc on both phones when I could get two SERO plans for like $70 a month after taxes and fees. But I told him if he could work with me on a family plan I would definitely consider it because I would prefer to keep my number if at all possible. Anyways as soon as I get access to my Sprint account again I will post my plan info as they have it. The one thing though is they told me the new plan wouldn't take effect until the 15th of the month because that is when the new billing cycle kicks in, so not sure if the website will reflect my new plan yet or not? |
