what about shipping?
How many free 8x10 prints does this coupon apply to?

just one ![]()
I created an order with the HIMOM free Mother's Day offer and everything looked perfect. When I clicked the SUBMIT ORDER button THE PRICE CHANGED back to 2.99 + 99¢ shipping + tax on both the photo and shipping on the order confirmation page!
Reading through the tedious customer service section, they don't allow orders to be canceled. This is a very sneaky bait & switch FRAUD.

Exact same thing happened to me. I sent off an e-mail to customer service - we'll see what happens.
Thanks OP! I would have jumped on this if the shipping was free considering COSTCO charges only $1.50 for 8x10 all the time.
But I agree that this should work out fine for many others.
I just noticed this deal on another site and was coming here to post. When I entered the coupon code and went to place order, it said it wasn't valid, but it showed it as taken off. Clicking coupon details said that it was valid. All I need to do is click the place order button. The summary is showing just $.99 so I'm assuming that is all I will be charged for.
If you want to get anything done through customer service, you have to call them
Phone: 1-800-634-4500
Monday to Friday - 9am to 11pm EST
Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 5pm EST
They hide their CS number but it's at
www.Snapfish.com/contact
good luck
I tried to use this code and its applied I can see the discount as well but then there is this message at the end of check out
"The coupon you entered cannot be used with this order. You can enter a different coupon on the pickup or ship page, or continue checking out."
Got the same message, so here's what I did:
Changed to in-store pickup (price went back to $2.99)
Changed back to shipping and re-entered HIMOM (price went back to $0), message did NOT come back.
Went ahead and finished the order, all was good.
Of course, YMMV, but the deal did work for me this way.
Edit: got the order confirmation e-mail, .99 + tax (thanks, OP)![]()
Total Bait and switch on them for me.
Applied the coupon and it took . . it said Total order 1.05. I click okay; then I click "Buy Now" and confirmation page of $4.22 shows up thanking me for my purchase.
Good thing I took a screen shot. I'll just dispute it and then they lose not only my business; but a bunch of money.
If anybody are using Debit card or Gift card please check the balance....... $1 will cut for every transaction....It happened to me last month

Anyone call this number today and punch #5 in the phone menu then get transferred to HP?!

Received two emails from Snapfish, each with different wording, saying they were refunding the amount of the HIMOM error.
I gurss all will be OK.
