1. Weekend 2. Slow ship time of 5+ days for orders 3. Overstock is on top of their IT stuff (generally). They use a nice teradata data warehouse for email marketing campaigns; the rest of their infrastructure can't be that far behind. 4. Massive influx of orders with people going nuts on this all weekend. 5. 21,000 views at SD and 3,000 at FW, you do the math.
Hey, guys, bad news.... I called up overstock support to confirm if this was a valid deal. They are aware of the issue and will be cancelling all orders
