Just so everyone understand the Soy Joy deal:

You must buy in increments of 4 bars to get the $4 ECB's. If you buy 10 bars, you will get $8 ECB's and 2 leftover. If you purchase 2 more bars on your next trip, you will then get another $4 ECB print out.

There is also a new chocolate flavored Soy Joy that came out since the last time they ran this deal in January. Not sure if CVS has that flavor stocked, but it's pretty good!

iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit's peanut-butter-jelly-time! peanut-butter-jelly-time! peanut-butter-jelly-time!

i still haven't finished the last batch. thank god i'll be able to recycle my ecbs this month. i suspect the 2-pk toothbrushes will never get restocked.

Woooo Hoooooo....what a perfect timing !
About to run out SoyJoy's. (Got 100 of them from the previous CVS deal.)
TYOP...

pb&j time??? am I missing something?

Go to youtube and type in "peanut butter jelly time". I prefer the family guy version, but you'll get the picture.

Thanks OP

Darn, so many CVS deals and no CVS around me. Thanks anyway.

Where do you live? Make sure I never move there, lol .

Soy Joy is yuck, even donating it is a crime and should come under cruel & unusual punishment.

bozo007 said: Soy Joy is yuck, even donating it is a crime and should come under cruel & unusual punishment.I just ate a Mango Coconut and I was surprised that it was edible. Most of the other flavors are a couple of notches below cardboard on the taste scale.

the new chocolate one isn't too bad, but yes of the original flavors, the mango is definitely the best.

I don't understand the OP.. Does SS mean Sale Start? And what are the dates in parentheses?

Looked in the acronyms but didn't see a definition for "printable bricks". Please explain?
Thanks

FYI...Be sure to check the dates on the Soy Joy Bars. On the last ones I purchased, some were expired a month before I purchased them.

printable bricks is malicious software that you *must* download in order to print out the coupons. this spyware limits you to only printing out 2 coupons of a kind. there's no easy way of getting rid of it from your computer.

thank you for the deal!
but I had no success finding the coupon for the soyjoys on SS
and haven't seen that magazine around either
shame I'd be all over this otherwise I Have some Lactose intolerant people in my family.

bump for deal starting Sunday. Get your coupons/ECB's ready. Good stuff.

Remember, the Soy Joy ECB's print out in increments of 4 bars. $4 ECB's for each 4 bars up to a max of 5 offers or 20 bars.

I have a question about this offer starting Sunday at CVS:

Buy $20 of Charmin Ultra 12 pk, Bounty Basic 8 pk, or any Duracell Batteries get $10 EB Limit 1
Charmin, any .25 (6-30-08) P & G 6/1/08
Bounty Paper Towel .25 (6-30-08) P & G 6/1/08
Duracell Copper Top, Ultra Digital, or Ultra Photo Lithium Batteries .75 (6-30-08) SS #2 5/18/08
Duracell PowerPix Batteries $1 (6-30-08) SS #2 5/18/08
Duracell Rechargeable Batteries or Charger $2 (6-30-08)

This is a limit 1 offer per card. I got in on this offer a couple weeks ago when it was offered (earlier this month). If I do the offer again this week can I get the $10 or when they say "Limit 1" does that mean I can only get one of the offer for the entire month? Or is Limit 1 per week it is offered?

Off the topic, but defintely interesting: CVS made the Los Angeles Times business section today. Evidently CVS in Southern California has been selling some expired items. I quote: "California Attorney General Jerry Brown told CVS pharmacies to stop selling expired products that he said investigators found recently in the chain's stores in Southern California." So a word to the wise when you are buying products at CVS take a few extra moments to look at those expiration dates!

actually, the limit was raised to 3. So you can do this deal again if you did it a few weeks ago. REMEMBER< different Charmin/Bounty packs qualify this time, so read the circular for exact types/sizes you need to purchase.

u r really the Mr. Cheap. I am just wondering whether you could give me some hint on the magazine that has a BOGO coupon?

Thanks a lot.

Yes they can be hard to find at WalMart which I think is the only place that sells it. I usually have to look at a lot of checkout lanes to find one. You may have to have the cashier hunt one down for you. I have also seen stacks of them in the cashiers area in those little cubby hole areas where they can put their personal items or what have you. So just ask if you cant find one.

I just wanted to know if it's true that you can't return beer at CVS.
I tried to return 12-bottle Corona and the store manager told me I couldn't return it, even though the receipt said return with receipt by 8/13.

in CA, you cant return alcohol even if its unopened.

I know the limit was raised to 3 while the last deal was in progress, but is it 3 for this one too??

HASHAH said: I know the limit was raised to 3 while the last deal was in progress, but is it 3 for this one too??

don't know if it's 3 for the entire month or each deal. Safest way to know is buy one deals worth first, then look at the bottom of your receipt to see if you have maxed out or not. If not, they you know you are good to get the next round for the ECB's

the limit is one per offer -
so if you did this deal last time (earlier in june), you can still do it this week for one time.

I had gotten in on the last deal, and just did another one today in the morning - on my receipt it shows offer limit reached, and ECBs printed out.
this is a great deal!!!! got 3 bounty, and 1 charmin - for about $5 after ECBs.

Gadget111 said: FYI...Be sure to check the dates on the Soy Joy Bars. On the last ones I purchased, some were expired a month before I purchased them.

That is just marketing to make you think it is strictly controlled. As you know, cardboard never goes bad
I just got 10 bars and got $8 ECBs and will get 12 more next time. They did not have the chocolate, but did have a strawberry flavor which I had not seen before.

So coupons are at bricks..
im going to print out alot. HECK, my time is worth a lot of money, so ill sale the coupons that i printed with my own ink, and own paper.

SOY JOY IS SOYLENT GREEN

they are very sneaky this time on the charmin/bounty. last deal you only need a $19.96 to get your ECB. This time, you have to buy $20 (5X 12-packs) to get it. So you're not spending $20, you're spending $25.

but if your store has a self checkout, i was able to use the $3off$10 on CVS product on the charmin. bet you won't be able to do that at the live person. you can try.

actually, it's not that bad. If you get 2 charmins and 2 bounty's it's $23. ALSO, ANY Duracell battery qualifies, if you can find the cheap 2packs of AA at $2 ea, you can you those as filler to simply hit $20 and not go over by too much.

too afraid to buy the duracells again because during the last deal, duracells in CA didn't produce ECBs like the ad says. most people in CA had to call in to get the ECB.

been to couple of stores today, most had plenty of Bounty, but Charmins are mostly gone. I think it's because the Bounty are the cheaper quality ones than the last deal.

oh yeah, and the 2 charmin + 2 bounty = $19.96 here, because they're all $4.99 each.

Actually they are quite nutritous bars with a lot of protein (4g), fiber (3g), gluten free, no transfat, and only 130 calories each so I doubt you will get terribly fat on these bars. I like them because they almost taste like a cookie bar of sorts.
