Any followup? I just recently noticed I was still waiting for these rebates too and had the same issues as everyone above. Did it get resolved by talking to Palm directly?

Finally got 4 of my rebates today. Encyclopedia Card, Mobile Starter Kit, Mobile Travel Guide, and Merriam Webster Dictionary.

I just called them, without faxing any documentation, since I could not find a fax machine. They told me don't worry, since I told them the receipt number, they could look it up.

All four rebates are still from Stacy, MN, the same rebate processing company I send the rebate to. The rebate amounts are before coupon.

Palm Rocks!

I got my 3 rebates today, Mobile travel guide, dictionary, encyclopedia, for full amount of the listed rebate. I had faxed them the materials, received an email a month and half ago saying the check would be sent in 2-3 weeks. Called two weeks ago and was told the first round of checks was going to be distributed this week. Happy to finally receive the checks as the stuff I bought just isn't worth anything.

3 rebates received today: Mobile starter kit, Mobil Travel Guide, and MW Dictionary.

I had faxed them the items about 3 weeks ago. Wowee! Surprised.

Yep, just got the Encyclopedia today as well. Well that marks the end of that, glad that Palm pull through and support their products.

My rebate for the encyclopedia arrived today, mailed from the rebate house in Stacy, MN. Palm is fantastic for going to bat on our behalf. Most companies would not have done anything at all. Go Palm!

My 10 year old palm pilot is finally crapping. Guess its time to look for a new Palm and supoort this fine company

Rebate checks for Encyclopedia and for Merriam Webster Dictionary arrived in the mail today. I just called palm on a weekend, nobody tried to help me, so I told them I will have to reverse the charge.
And here comes the rebates. Finally thanks.
