Palm.com has been reduced to selling commodity memory cards. Grab the Palm 2GB microSD expansion card with miniSD and SD adapters for $20 - 20% with coupon code PLMREG - $15 rebate [Exp 7/23] + $3.97 shipping = $3.97 shipped after rebate.
How are Palm rebates? Will using any coupon invalidate it (cannot be combined with any other offer thingy...), was thinking of buying the FAR 1GB MicroSD along with it (w/c becomes even better than FAR with coupon)

linky If the rebates of free softwares are good, and easy to get, Mobil™ Travel Guide DVD (rebate $30)+Merriam-Webster's Dictionary and Franklin Thesaurus Card (rebate $25)+Palm® 2GB microSD expansion card with miniSD and SD adapters (rebate $15)+20% off=$59.99+ free shiping, we can earn 430+$25+$15-$59.99=$10.01 and a lot of free stuff.
It's a sad story indeed when a groundbreaking PDA company is reduced to selling discounted, branded commodity crap 10 years later. I feel almost obligated to buy this out of guilt...just to make sure the Palm execs can afford to eat.

Man, don't do this to me. The good ol' days of Palm and Psion... I think I'll buy in to this too...
Unfortunately, Palm is not the loser here. We all lost. Anyone remember Lotus or Borland? While I personally do not feel too bad about Lotus (they were busy wasting their money suing other smaller companies, Borland included) I do feel bad for companies like Palm and Borland. I hope they truly will come out with earth-shaking product that will get them back on their feet. I believe they have good technology (products).

I mean, PDA's in general haven't done well with the progressive integration of PDA features into phones (iPhone, Windows Mobile smartphones, etc).
The 1 Gig and the 512 Mb cards are FAR! Same address and dept# but different rebates so I'm pretty sure it will fly as they do not say anything about not combining with other offers etc.
ok. went ahead and jumped on the deal. ordered all 3 microsd cards. total 47.67 shipped. minus all the rebates. final price for all should be 2.68. couldn't resist.

this may seem like a silly question, but im reading fw on my phone and am new to the world of pda phones. will this mini sd card work for non centro phones? I bought the q9c recently. thanks!
I hope this helps. I know very little about cell phones but this came straight out of OP's link to the product page:
Now you can add more memory anytime, anywhere. Easily store an extra 2 GB* of music, photos, videos, e-books, software, and more. The included adapters allow the microSD card to fit in microSD, miniSD and SD/MMC expansion slots.
