That's fine, but that won't stop a lot of people from claiming that that SER and HP MIR on the .pdf form are different and that the two can therefore be combined.

I was success in PM the printer at Staples to best buy price, details:

Q)went to store and asked if they have item in stock ?
A)CR Checked the system inventory and found 1 in stock (Display)******* (Took the print of this page as it displays the price as 399.98 and no rebate is mentioned)
Q) Can I order in store and pickup when it arrives?
A) yes you can order, as she started ordering seeing the print out I took ,
Q)I asked for PM to best buy's price $ 254.99?
A) I have to check their web site to verify the price of $254.99 Best Buy Linky

Once she verified the price, she pice matched it to Best buy, with out a problem.

total Price : 399.98 -$144.99 (Price diff)= 255 + tax

Will submit the ER on friday (Delivery)

Didn't you make a copy of the original receipt to use for the rebate?
I sent the original receipt but not the second (exchanged) receipt.

Anybody still has a copy of the rebate 2535 (business version form) that did not exclude Office Depot purchase? The one linked to HP website now excludes purchase from Office Depot.

Have you guys from this 7/6/08 deal had any problems with the S129 rebate if you purchased from Office Depot? Right now, Office Depot is again offering the printer at 259.99, so I want to make sure before I jump on this deal. Thanks!

Just received 2nd check today! WHIPPIE! Now I'm stuck with 2 of these bad boys both still sealed in boxes and about 3 other lasers... purty soon I'm gonna have to open shop to sell these puppies!
