While most people may not have heard of Serif - they are very popular in Europe, and just recently getting into the USA. This is a VERY POWERFUL program full of all kinds of 'goodies'.
It is also part of a suite: WebPlus, DrawPlus, PhotoPlus, PagePlus. Most of all features are incorporated into the other programs, so learning curve is very easy.

Yes, My rebate also is invalid due to invalid UPC number, My UPC number is 703115681743, it is same with Buy.com's product webpage UPC number. I think Rebate center input wrong number in their rebate system. I will contact to them.
