Just got 4 movie certificates in the mail! They are checks, though, not 'credit cards' like the ones that printed out earlier, so no way to extend them past the end of November. |

What name do you use? Your name or "John street"? matt314159 said:If you've already cashed out the emoviecash for the $10 fandango certs, it seems like you can actually use these as a mastercard. I just bought a 2GB block at usenet-news.net ($2.00) with one of the eMoviecash certs that had $2 left on it. The transaction went though fine and I got the 2GB credited to my usenet-news account.
You just use the name on the cert, then the address of 111 John St. (the address on the certificate) New York, NY 10038, and use it like a mastercard.
This leads me to believe you could use it like a $12 prepaid mastercard gift card or whatever, as long as you get the information right. Just thought I'd pass the info along.
Not sure all what you can buy with $2.00 cards, but I guess it could add up if you find the right thing to buy or whatever. |

I tried to use 2 today and I was told they were coming up used. I am 100% sure they were not. I had used 2 sets last Saturday and Sunday and the same place without any problem. Maybe this is global. Did anyone else try and use them today? What were the results? |

What were the results? I used one last Saturday and still have one left. They're supposed to be good until the end of Nov. Might be using the last one tomorrow. |
