People reviewing on Gaotd's site think this program is really great, installed it and scanning now with it. If this scanner turns out to be good I'll start recommending it to people. Windows defender is nice that it's free but it isn't exactly the best.
I got this last time. I have AVG free version 8 and Windows Defender and this found the WoW key logger the others missed. Just on that alone I am keeping it.
