Office Depot has the Linksys BEFCMU10 Cable Modem for $84.99, with three rebates ($25, $20, and $25), bringing the final price down to $14.99. But, when you click on the rebate links, only one of the rebates shows up with valid dates. If you click on the fillable rebates link, you get a different set of forms, all but one of which also have different dates on the forms than those listed on the website.

However, I have contacted OD and the CSR verified that the links go to the wrong rebates. She then credited me back the price amount of the 2 rebates with forms linking the wrong rebate. That leaves it at $39.99, with only the $20 rebate form left to submit.

If you call for the deal (make sure you save your screenshots!), you should be able to get the CSR to credit you back on the rebates without valid forms.

Thanks titewad! I've corrected the post. It should have read $34.99 - that's what I get for typing while at work.

After several calls, finally found a CSR willing to credit the $50 back.

Just placed an order and then called CSR - she admitted the rebates are wrong, but refused to adjust - offered to cancel order which I did.

Called 3 times 1-800-463-3768 and was transferred to mail-in dept. Finally talked with one in mail-in dept and confirmed only 2 rebates $20 + $25. Form OD 740-2149 for $25 will be showed up couple dates later replacing the wrong one (OD7402147) for CM100 purchased in July. Called again (4th call) and asked for price adjustment and was told to call again when received the item. They have made a record to my order so $25 will be adjusted when I call next time.

If you got $50 reduced, you'll make money for getting $25 from the new form.

ok called them and asked for the $25 credit they offered me yesterday (which was towards the 3rd form), and the supervisor assured me it will only show up as credit and will not interfere with the other rebates so I can technically still send the 3rd form in and get the rebate. I also called the rebate center and the correct rebate is OD7402149 and they told me they're not sure why it isn't updated online but she saw the $25 form and guaranteed they have it for the purchase dates 8/3-8/9 and she told me I can pick the form up at any Office Depot store without a problem. I guess that's one way to go if you couldn't get the $50 credit but still want the final price.
