You may want to add "After $45 rebate". Not everybody will spring for a large rebate.

Also it appears you are buying the program with only 1-year updates subscription. It took me some time to find out, but it seems to be true. So 12 month from now you will have to shell out more cash to keep virus updates coming. And if you protect 3 PCs you may have to pay three times (not sure on that though).
