i bought at walgreens in palo alto, ca and it worked

But it is YMMV as some of the places are a pain... esp in bay area

I'm buying 2 for $5 RedBaron pizzas, 6 for $10 + RR of $4 Ragu pasta sauce, and $5 of snacks maybe.

Anything that has cash value is excluded.

Stamps are sort of like small gift cards with cash value.
