Called Dan today and he said they are mailing out the majority today, 12/4/08. Maybe they are just delaying and not really going to send them out. Time for a BBB complaint?

I waited until 11/24 and called. Received the card ($30 = 20 Gallon at $1.499 per gallon) 12/6.

It seems they did not mail unless you call. So CALL THEM.

I haven't received the gas card. I contacted the BBB a few weeks ago, and they are going to close the complaint on Dec 26 if Office Max does not respond by then. I guess they just don't care.

Have you guys tried calling their customer service number? I had forgotton about the card but a quick call to cs got the ball rolling again.

As someone posted earlier, they seem to be waiting on a call before sending anything out.

I realized I never received my $30 gas card. I thought I will remind others and also take it up with OM.

I had to file a complaint with BBB to get my $30 reward card. They replied to BBB that they sent the card to me on Jan.21 but I did not get until Feb.14. Their actual mailing date was postmarked on Feb.11. This company sucks.

I just got an email from OMAX and they claim that I never used maxperks ID and hence I am not qualified. Sucks big time.

OM is idiot. Just go to www.bbb.org and and put OM in search and it should come up OM's headquarter address in Illinois.
