Also called today and talked to a supervisor. SHe tried giving me some bullshit that I had to talk to BP as it was their promotion. Lets just say that didnt go over to well with me. After a few choice words (no profanity) she is researching this and will call me. She also gave me her number and extension. Her name is Jessica. 800.322.2713 ext 6505.

So if anyone or everyone else is having probs I suggest calling her.

Just filed my BBB complaint. Let's see if that lights a fire under their asses.

I asked for some additional compensation for the time/effort I have put into trying to get Officemax to fulfill their obligation in this case.

no record of my card although i did double dip on this offer one in my dads name and one in my own one account shows eligible for gift card the other says nothing about the gift card.
