I think she has got a lot of calls regarding this offer and she now just makes up any excuse she can think of to get rid of us. I called her earlier last week and she said that my area was not qualified. Just BS

Its NOT TRUE....the offer says

"Members in states not covered by a gas card offering will receive a $30 MaxPerks Bonus Reward. Members in

Call her again and do some complaining, and also tell her you have a copy of the ad
