Problem with R280
you think this one is bad, the same offer happened with its predecessor, the R260. It sucked down ink so fast, epson gladly gave me 3 cartridges of each color for free, just so i would go away after they replaced the first one. i just use it for envelopes, and all the colors disappear when i print text on envelopes. once the free inks gone, so will the printer.

I was just saying the first time I looked (weeks ago) I only seen EP779 but I see there is a EP799 now. Sorry for any confusion.

I just got email saying that they had approved my rebate. I'm getting $100 even though I only spent $87.50 (I used a $15/100 coupon). Fortunately this rebate did not have the "up to" wording in it.

I submitted EP799 but had pre-submitted it online.

Got my check this weekend, it's dated Oct 27th. About 3 weeks from when I mailed it out.
Very Fast.
