Very simple to install BT. Just plug it in the back and route the wire to where you want place the mic dongle . |

dks123 said:Has anybody baught the bluetooth module and how easy is it to install that module? The bluetooth module plugs into the back of the radio. The cord is pretty long, enough to run it up and around the windshield to the visor. I haven't done that yet, I just have it dangling from the visor. Works very nicely. I'm seeing radios in Best Buy for around $100 that have bluetooth built in, so I might do that when I decide to swap out the radio in our other car. |

I'm deciding between this and the JVC $30 AR deal from Crutchfield. I do want a USB port to use a USB-powered hard drive with or even a flash drive, but wondering how well it works on this... or should I just get the JVC and hook up an mp3 with aux. The only thing about mp3 players is you won't be able to CONTROL them from the radio. With a usb drive, you can control it since it's just data. Any inputs? Thx. |

Anyone who sent their rebate in and haven't seen progress on it may want to check the status website again...looks like they finally updated and added mine in (might be others that now show up) |
