There is a reason Woot.com, Buy.com and everyone else have been selling tens of thousands of factory refurbished Sansas for the past few months... they're getting sent back defective. The headphone jacks separate from the main board rendering them useless. Over and over. The refurbs just break again since the solder points are too small to make any stronger.
