Most buyers don't care if it's registered or not...it doesn't effect
the use of the software, runs just fine for them.

I've purchased Peachtree every year since 2004 and as often as possible. Never missed out on a rebate, including the old upgrade rebates.

Typically, the rebate gets paid after 2-months but no more than 3-months. As he said, keep good records and track the rebate at Parago

Just give the buyer the number and they'll be fine. However you can't get much for Peachtree on eBay (registered or not) and once you register they'll spam you to death.

Now the 2008 version is sold at around $10 and the 2009 version is around $30 at Amazon.com. The review for 2008 is < 2.5 out of 5 based on 7 reviews. It is not a good product to make profit considering the bad rebate experience, the tax at Staples, and maybe stamps to mail the rebate.
