The Upgrade Rebate, although specifying a 9/3-9/11 time frame, is Offer # 07-76074, which has been around for a while. Many of us have done this one several times. So...will Parago look at the time frame, or the offer number? Care to hazard a guess?

Very hot...My AVG license is expiring....Just wondering if Norton has improved since it crashed my computer in the past! Will check this out!

Are you folks getting the order confirmation e-mail from frys.com? I did not get one - I spoke to one of their CSRs and they tell me due to some e-mail technical issues on their side, e-mails are not going out.

My order has been processed and it is have been shipped, though. The CSR says I can use the "Print proof of Purchase" link in the order details page for rebate processing.

Is anyone facing a similar problem?

Yes. But it is a 3-user license. According to Fry's, it was a packaging glitch at Symantec. And they do stand behind it.
