Looks like the coupon works for all the items in the clearance section I tried.
Beware of Amazon re-directing you to the general (non-clearance) category when backing-out of ordering, however. Happened once out of approximately 5-6 times.

Why are you trying to get paper towels and toilet paper? If you click on the OP's link you can see there are only two items in household supplies and those are both coffee filters. You have to start out in grocery clearence and search from there. Use the link!
