The price is cheap for the specs......ram can be upgraded cheaply to 3 or 4 gb

show me where you can get a T8300 laptop for $599 and I will agree with you ????

I am sure you are right and we might see some better deals shortly as the school rush is about over, in any event this is a great deal anything better than this and I would have to assume it is a price mistake. Dell is famous for those but these should ship.

You can knock $36 off that $672 if you use DPA (3%) and go thru a site like Mr. Rebates (3%) making it about $636 shipped.
