case sensitive? did you enter it exactly as shown in OP with caps?

Update: Clicked on LiveChat link, and chatted with a friendly Customer Rep who encouraged me to place the order. Gave him the Order number and he issued full refund for Shipping!! (Had to pay state taxes)

Where can I find the LiveChat link?That's a great question. I just spent the past 10 minutes or so looking around and I could not find it either. At first I thought it was crazy that you were actually asking the question and I almost posted a smart arse response. I took at look at the site and cannot find it either. Strange.

Upload your Prints -- Click on 'Order Entire Album' -- On the next page that opens up - top right corner: "Got Question? Live Help".

Option is available on "Your Cart" page.

Summary:
Only 20 free 4x6 prints; free shipping code does not work.
Online chat can correct both, but the trouble is not worthwhile to save only $2 or $3.
I would have given up if not for the utmost FW spirit.

You need to call Publix, (not Snapfish!) to let them check why their coupon code not working. I called Snapfish last night & they told me that. Be aware that publix is located on Florida and their working time till 5:30 pm eastern time. It was too late for me to call yesterday and I gave up spending time to save these 2 bucks.
