I tried this and it has gone smoothly. Our family is addicted to the fresh-squeezed juice and chocolate milk.

Expect to pay more than the grocery store, but less than the health food store for health food type items.

I should have made this more clear. This service is for people who are willing to pay more for fresher, hormone-free and antibiotic free products that taste better. If you compare their prices with health food stores and similar products, they are less. If you compare prices with the different quality loss-leaders at supermarkets, their prices are higher (assuming you can avoid the temptations of impulse buys).

In summary, this is only a good deal if you consider product quality an element of value. If you think all milk is created equal, then the primary benefit is the convenience of the service.
