This is the code for 3 months for 29.85 - billed once. If you can't find a buddy in 3 months - you need to kill yourself. J/K please move on if you don't like the deal, eharmony isn't for everyone, but here's a way to save a few bucks and try it.

here comes the red

30 bucks is a good deal.

I have met a mix of people on there. By mix, I mean crazies, flakes, nice gals, people who just want to date, and others who are looking for a serious romantic relationship. Issue I have with EH is women initiate contact and then don't carry through or even tell you've they have gone steady with someone.

I prefer meeting someone in a social setting first and then asking them on a date. I consider it the traditional method and it seems to work better, but I still think EH is good for finding dates especially if you're busy.

"8SEPBE4U" working to reactivate a canceled account. $29.85 one time for 3 months. decent rate, but not worth more than $10/mo in my opinion.

A couple of things from my experience with eHarmony:

1. After about 9 months on eHarmony, I found the first love of my life, dated her 1 1/2 years, nearly proposed.

2. Second time around, after 6 months, cancelled my subscription after not finding someone special.

I've been satisfied as a Bachelor ever since (about 1 1/2 years).

I would highly recommend plentyoffish.com as a free alternative to these pay sites

BigCrumbs is offering 58.5% back. Could be sweet if it combines.

Heh, just don't let your future wifey know that you were so cheap while looking for her on eharmony!

Does anyone know when this expires?

To avoid this, use the code to buy a 3 month gift certificate/membership from one e-mail address that
you have and then have the gift e-mailed to a second e-mail address that you have. Since it is treated as a gift
certificate, there is no auto renewal feature included and at the end of 3 months, your membership
simply expires.

Note to anyone interested, eHarmony is only for MSW and WSM. There are no other varieties of people according to the site.

So it's like craigslist, but without normal people and $30 a month.

No. Craigslist is 50% horny 20-something men, 40% middle aged married men pretending they're single, 8% psychos, and 2% women who either don't know any better or don't care.

What do you think of okcupid? I find it much better than eharmony and plentyoffish. Plenty of fish doesn't do much to tell you how well you match. eHarmony is great for some people, but for others, it doesn't offer many matches.

will jump on this. was thinking of match.com, was suggested by it from a friend who found a mate through the site. since i do live in the silicon valley, it does not have as bad a rep as other locations since everyone here is techie.
